No, the price guarantee does not cover any products offered by unauthorized or other resellers.

 

If I see a cheaper listing for an Oncor product sold by Oncor through a marketplace such as Amazon, does the price guarantee apply?

Yes, the price guarantee applies if the order is sold by Oncor and not a reseller.

 

Example A

An item is purchased for $200 on this website between December 24, 2020 and December 23, 2021. If the price is below $200 anytime during that period, we will proactively refund the price difference.

 

Example B

An item is purchased for $200 on this website between December 24, 2020 and December 23, 2021. The price lowers to less than $200 on December 24, 2021 or later. The price guarantee will not be applicable in this situation.
